The Joint Services Transcript (JST) has replaced the Coast Guard Institute Transcript, the Army/American Council on 教育 Registry Transcript System (AARTS) and the Sailor/Marine American Council on 教育 Registry Transcript (SMART). JST is an academic所有y accepted document approved by the American Council on 教育 (ACE) to validate a service member’s 密尔itary occupational experience and training along with the corresponding ACE college credit recommendations.
To verify previous training and prior credits, 学生必须 obtain official transcripts from 所有 schools and colleges previously attended. Students will receive 退伍军人 政府 benefits for 一个 仅当 所有 transcripts are not submitted to TCL’s 学生记录 Office during the first term 在TCL
Please complete the application online at http://jst.doded.mil. It will be delivered electronic所有y to 学生记录.
Once it’s received by 学生记录, it begins the review process 在TCL. Your transcript will be routed through the academic deans and the Registrar. In 2-4 weeks, check your Self Service account to see if and what experience has earned credit.
